"Excellent stay for five days"

Staff was helpful, breakfast buffet was very good, facilities were clean and professional. The shower was strong and water was warm.

Minor issue with the pastries during the breakfast buffet. The staff doesn't understand that you can keep donuts and croissants fresh for a day or two. After that they should be thrown away and new ones made.

"A Wonderful Birthday Dinner with Amazing Hospitality"

We went to Four Points by Sheraton, Vadodara for my birthday dinner, and I’m so glad we chose it. The whole experience felt special from the start — the guard and door attendants were incredibly warm and even checked on us as we parked, which was such a nice gesture. Inside, the team was just as lovely. There was a small hiccup with our booking, but Anirudh and Saheb handled it quickly and very politely. Chef Ganesh Sahu personally came to greet us, making sure everything was to our liking — that really made the evening feel extra special. Mohini and Divya were wonderful — friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. The food was delicious, and the ambiance was perfect for a relaxed celebration. Overall, it was a beautiful evening filled with good food and even better hospitality. Would definitely visit again!
