Warm welcoming staff at reception and in the pub and the breakfast room. Mattress was comfortable.

Room 3 looked worn. Carpet frayed and small holes in the wall. Water stained ceiling. Looked long in the tooth. Shower floor is very slippery. It needs a shower mat to avoid a fall.
