Ok

The heat in the room, the weather was extremely hot, when I arrived the windows weren’t open , the curtains should have been closed as the sun was shining in all day, I needed a fan desperately!!!! The shower wasn’t working. I was sweating constantly for both nights. Extremely uncomfortable

Very helpful staff who arranged for us to check in late and stay even though the hotel should have been closed. They even arranged a help yourself breakfast for the next morning

The location is fantastic, room was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was good.

Helpful and friendly staff. Excellent choice available for breakfast including fruit juice, choice of cereal, tea or coffee and full cooked English. Lovely location just opposite the clean and expansive beach with impressive views across to the Isle of Man.
