la propreté et la vétusté de la salle de bains (vert de gris au niveau des distributeurs à savon, moisissures dans les toilettes, abords de la vasque abîmée) les oreillers trop plats les équipements anciens (téléphones, sèche cheveux, et parure de draps) tapis d'entrée de la chambre usé ++
