Location was great

Paid for a fountain view room asked for one on a higher floor so that we could see the sphere as well but this was not accommodated. Also no kettle or coffee machine in room this is unacceptable for a high end hotel! Just trying to squeeze every penny out of customers and not about customer care and service.

I did not get the room with a fountain view that I reserved and paid for as a gift for my friend, who was celebrating her birthday. While we were sort of "upgraded" to a different room, our view was the boulevard. We were so disappointed. It might be a while before I book with Booking.com again.
