"overall I had a comfortable rest."

The hotel was under renovation is why I at 7. My room was roomy, updated and clean.

renotvations have to be done. there wasn't a breakfast available to full capacity because of the renovations and noise in the breakfast eating area.

"They don’t have Hot Tub like they say"

Easy access to highway and the bed was comfortable. But that’s the only thing

What I didn’t like is That on website it clearly shows a hot tub and says they have one but after you are already locked in we get told NO hot tub it was filled in with cement little while ago. Also there is NO luggage carts for residents to use to carry in their stuff. So had to make several trips back and forth. Then they are remodeling but the room I was in , inside the bathtub it was all rusted and the water wouldn’t drain so you are standing in water . Breakfast was very simple but it was a plus that the website didn’t lie about that. After I let the front desk know that I only picked them for the hot tub and since they haven’t updated any websites about it, you think I would of been at least offered to cancel my room. But it does at least have a pool . I travel and do blogs about all kinds of hotels where a lot of travelers would most likely travel and I try to update it and always give 100% honesty. Comfort Suites get it together

"It sucked"

The breakfast was crap. No fresh coffe it was 300 a night. I will not stay again nor recommend it to others. It is under construction. No bottled water or anything to get when you check in.

Under construction ,no breakfast, no fresh coffee. Not bottled water no anything.

"Everything was awesome, besides the room not being deeply cleaned."

Front desk people were a 10 out of 10. Helped in what they could, even let us check in earlier.

Room needed more of a deep clean. Small trash here and there around the room. We got bit by some ants because there was candy left behind from the previous customers.
