"The facility seemed short staffed and short patient with my request"

The location

I had to ask 3 times for assistance to get the tv on. Finally, after shift change someone finally came to the room to turn on box but the box went out again and no tv. The air went off in our room and didn’t come back on until around 8:00 am. The breakfast bar ran out of several items at 9am, no attendant or front desk person around for assistance I would like an adjustment on my room fee for the inconvenience

Great location

Bed was horrible. Extremely hard and uncomfortable. The elevator was sketchy as hell and please let's not forget the complimentary breakfast..... out of coffee, no juice.
