Close to event I was attending.

Old smell in room like it had been closed for a while. Elevator needs to be greased or something… it is loud and sounds like it’s struggling to get us to our floor.

Room wasn't serviced , bed was used , trash was left ... too late to move to another room due to how quick we rushed in to get settled. Daughter was already in shower an lot of stuff to transport.. got late check out tho..
