Reservation was for poolside that did not happen pool was not clean breakfast was not adequate and unclean breakfast area room was unclean carpets with smell staff would not move rooms after visiting desk services

The staff was nice. The room was clean. The sheets are very crisp white and clean. Towels were all clean. The AC unit stayed nice and cold ho we like it. Thank you very much to the staff that found my friend Doc. Martin shoes and turned them into lost and found we are very great full for you

The staff was nice. The room was clean. The bathroom could use an update. I could see a bunch of stuff in the sink drain with no cover. The sink skreaches when on. The tub/shower could use some new plumbing. The AC unit stinks so bad when started wow it was so gross then seeing all the gross crap stuck in it when turned. Hopefully it only needs some attention. Also a huge cock roach came out to great us I am telling you this thing was more then 2inches long. I have some pictures if you would like to see.

The continental breakfast was sparse. The juice machine did not work and the selection was limited.

absolutely nothing. This was the worst experience I have had. The first room we were given the AC did not work and they tried to tell us to wait while I had my infant child with me. Once I went downstairs to show, he was clearly hot. The manager then made it a big deal about changing rooms. After 30 minutes, he finally switched our room but didn’t even meet the standards to the room I already paid for so i got downgraded. The bathroom had black feet marks stained to the bottom of it. balcony was disgusting.

Online it states breakfast is included, but all they are offering is toast, but the toaster doesn’t even work. They offer four options of juice, but the machine says every single one is out of order. Coffee machine, but no sugar and the creamer was left on the counter.
