Todo limpio y ordenado, espacioso.

Se fue la luz dos veces, durante la noche.

The coffee and breakfast were decent.

The bathroom was filthy. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. The tub was disgusting. I had to put a towel down in it because I was grossed out. There was a short hair in the tub and what looked like pubic hairs around the sink. The room was so smoky and stink. It's supposed to be a non-smoking hotel. All of my clothes reeked of the smoke. The sheets were causing me to itch. They staff was unpleasant. I felt duped. I have stayed in many Days Inn before, but this was the worst. The building from the outside looks like it's falling apart. The pictures are all lies. The location is close to the airport and stadium, but the area is bad. I will never book Days Inn again after this stay. Wish I took more photos of the bathroom and tub.

The physical location in proximity to airport, downtown, and other areas was good. The bed was comfortable. Free parking and well lit lot

The neighborhood location itself was not good. Run down and sketchy. There was an empty bldg next door that was very strange. No pool loungers or towels. Ice machine had a towel on the floor in front of it and nieces of flooring material was stored in the same room. Mold in the shower-a part of the ceiling drywall was bubbled and peeling away. Patches of paint in other areas. Stains on lampshade and on comforter (maybe permanent marker?) ‘Free breakfast’ was toast, bagel, individual yogurt cups; juice from a machine. It would be better to advertise it as something else. The entire facility was beat up and run down. We checked out early.

El espacio donde nos quedamos estaba muy bueno para 4 personas. El lugar era amplio, teniamos mucho espacio para todas las maletas y las cosas que llevabamos.

Yo pensaba que venian durante la manana (despues que uno se retiraba, para volver en la tarde noche) a limpiar el cuarto, tender las camas, llevarse la basura, pero no vienen a limpiar el cuarto. Eso fue lo unico que me sorprendio.

Que tenía una máquina para calentar agua pea un té o para preparar café aún en la noche y madrugada.

Las instalaciones muy deterioradas, se fue la luz y el aire acondicionado 2 veces en una sola noche, la bañera en malas condiciones, el piso tenía un producto que olía mal y mantenía el piso resbaloso, la silla del escritorio estaba sucia, el personal poco servicial, el primero que nos atendió nos trató como delincuentes por un mal entendido y no nos dio oportunidad de explicarle lo sucedido, el desayuno extremadamente básico.

The hotel was not as described at first. Upon check in time the room was not ready until an hour after check in time. The sheets were dirty and had a weird red stain on it. The room was poorly lit we had to turn on every lamp in the room for a decent light to see. The TV remote did not work it was only able to turn the volume up and down but nothing else so we were stuck watching one channel the whole trip. The refrigerator smelled bad and the room had no microwave. The bathroom had no privacy in the shower. The door to the bathrooms had a crack in it and did not close all the way unless you put your full body weight on it. The “breakfast included “ was a bagels and juice and the microwave did not work. And to top it all off on our last night the lights in the hotel went out no rain or lightning in the area.
