Amazing apartment with a great view (2nd highest floor). Lots of space. Washing machine was very handy, especially with the small bottle of laundry detergent that was complementary. We asked for a drying rack and this was provided. Decent options for breakfast. Good location in downtown Chengdu.

One morning we had a pickup for a tour at 5am, which we asked for a packed breakfast. This was ready for us, but our tour guide never showed up. Two hours later when I explained this to the receptionist, I asked whether we could attend the breakfast buffet. This is after all included in the price of our booking. Despite the packed breakfast being a small proportion of the available options in the buffet, we were denied entrance to that day’s breakfast. I felt that some flexibility could definitely have resolved this situation as we were quite disappointed by the hotel’s stance.
