Eu gostei muito de todo o hotel, todos os funcionários foram muitos simpáticos conosco. Estava muito limpo, o hotel tem uma localização excelente, fica sempre entre 10/15 minutos das principais atrações do local.

The older man at check in was not very friendly, seemed annoyed. Coffee was constantly empty. Had to go to the desk to ask if more could be made. Fire alarms went off 3 times in my 3 nights I was there. Elevator is unbelievably slow. Time to leave in Monday, so much snow and didn't have a shovel, asked at front desk to borrow one and was told they don't have a shovel.

Rooms and beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed the room very much
