"Worst experience ever!"

The friendly staff, except for the lobby who handled the check in, was the worst experience ever.

The check in proces was worse, totally not friendly and not helpfull. There was 1 familiy, waiting behind me and thats it. The man was so in a rush. And the room was horrible. The 2 phones inside the unit was broken. The showers had no water pressure at all. Some sockets didnt work at all. The linnen had all stains. This is the worst experience ever. no value for the money at all. This was my 2nd stay and the last time as well.

Clean and comfortable bed, thats all.

Everything else. Apartments are older then my grandma, everything is dirty and looks bad. Wifi is awful, even its not worked for 2 days and staff just ignores when i asked to fix it. Just imagine, there is NO SOAP. No soap, i meet this first time ever!!! Also “well equiped kitchen” is a lie, they just give us glasses plates and teapot. You can cook there… And at all, stafd tryed to fool me in the end with deposit. Also fist time i see person check bed blanket, wtf…

the stove.we booked the accommodation with kitchen but was told in check in day that the stove only available when you rent the property on a monthly basis.
