Mosaique Hotel El Gouna

Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Heel vriendelijk personeel en lekker ontbijt. Het bed lag goed.

In de hotelkamer waren meerdere dingen aan vernieuwing toe (minibar, airco, badkamer). Met name de airco leek niet veel te doen. Daarnaast was de kamer erg gehorig.

J'étais dans le building côté route. Je recommande de plutôt demander une chambre côté marina Sinon, rien de négatif à dire.

The hotel staff really was great and so was the breakfast. Clean and quiet rooms with a lovely balcony view in the middle of El Gouna.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, with a short walk to the beach (even though the pool is very nice in itself). Merbey restaurant is situated inside it so I enjoyed some Lebanese food throughout my stay :)

Would have liked to have access to a gym, even if it was basic. The breakfast could use some variety.

Great hotel very clean, rooms very comfortable. Breakfast very good plenty of choice. All staff were very accommodating nothing was too much trouble, Ahmed the pool attendant was superb put our towels on the sunbeds made sure we had a sun brolly each day and ensured we were OK, again nothing was too much trouble If I was visiting El Gouna again I would definitely stay at this hotel

Good size rooms and very clean. Staff were very friendly , helpful and courteous. Ahmed (poolside/lifeguard) went out of his way to make our holiday memorable with lots of advice and looked after us . He is an asset to the hotel.
