Cocotinos Sekotong, a Boutique Beach Resort & Spa

ホテルの人はみんないつも笑顔で、とても親切でした。ホテルに到着すると冷たいおしぼりにウェルカムドリンク。部屋に入るとウェルカムフルーツが置いてあって、海の前はプライベートビーチ。朝はビュッフェスタイルで特にパンの種類がたくさんありました。部屋は清潔でしたが、シャワーや洗面所の水が海水でした。（でも、部屋にミネラルウォーターの大きいガロンがあるので大丈夫♪）自然を守るため、これぐらいはガマンガマン。ホテルで申し込んでギリ・ナングー島へシュノーケルへ行きましたが、最高にキレイで、のんびり出来ました！またぜひ行きたいホテルです。

The resort is absolutely beautiful. The room is very comfortable and clean and has a very nice, Indonesian vibe. The resort facilities are fantastic - the pool is clean and inviting, the private beach is small, but has nice sand, lots of shells and crabs for the kids to play with and the sea is good to swim in. There is no good snorkelling directly off the beach that I am aware of, but just a 5 minute boat trip away there are some islands that have some very nice snorkelling, also for children. The restaurant has nice food and friendly staff. There is a free morning and afternoon tea for the guests with some interesting local bites to eat. The staff makes you feel very welcome. The only negative for this resort is that you are in sort of a 'bubble' - there is not much to do in the surrounding areas. As a result, your are confined to the resort's facilities. We did not get a massage nor used the spa at the resort, because the prices were outside of our budget. The resort has a dive centre attached to it, which we used for boat trips to some small islands off the coast. These little islands are great for snorkelling and local food. Make sure you have enough local currency, because the exchange rate at the resort is very low. To end on a positive note, our children (5 and 10 years old) voted Cocotinos as their favourite place to stay on Lombok.

The best holiday ever. All the staff were wonderful , always helpful. We had a great time snorkelling in stunning blue waters across incredible reefs. The resort organised some lovely day trips for us around the countryside and the local people in the vilages are so friendly.Our stay was perfect from start to finish. A great variety of food at Ela Ela Restaraunt in the resort . Top quality facilities and we had a lovely room with indoor shower and outdoor shower to choose looking right over the pool to the ocean.We also had some great massages at Lalenia Day Spa. Would recommend Cocotinos for anybody looking to relax , chill and be pampered

Top notch hotel with wonderful views of the bay. Great staff, spacious and clean rooms, tasty if slightly "touristy" food. On the downside - a fair bit of rubbish in the water from the nearby villages. But the scenery makes up for it!

Brilliant resort with clear waters and serene experience. Lovely food and helpful staff. The only thing we would offer as advice is to be careful of the rains as the roads approaching the resort can get very flooded

Getting there is quite a distance. Remote area. Initially not too sure if it's going to be a nice hotel as we checked in. But once we got to our room it was nice lovely. We enjoyed our stay as we wanted the peace n quiet. Snorkeling in the nearby islands was fantastic. Not a place to go shopping or nite out.

Unfortunately from the photos on the hotel's web site and reading other reviews, I set my expectations too high and in the end I was a little bit disappointed. I expected international standard luxury but found the hotel to have more of a local feel. Having said that, for the price the hotel is pretty good and most of the staff are pleasant and keen to please. The beach was disappointing and the noise from the kids in the pool was often annoying. I asked to move to a quieter room and felt the staff could have handled it better - I did move rooms eventually but I had to drive the situation as the staff were not very motivated to do anything. WIFI is only provided in the restaurant and it's unreliable, however a computer room is provided for guests. Not having wireless in the rooms is unusual for a resort of this standard. Free afternoon tea and snacks is provided in the restaurant which is a nice touch.

Excellent caring staff,always going out of the way to make the experience better. They discovered we were interested in shells so took our children snail hunting.Food was excellent. The manager spent one hour helping me sort out a computer issue I had. The english skills of the staff were a lot better than many the staff in hotels in bali that we stayed at. Negatives were the spot is a little isolated from the rest of Lombok with one and a half hour journeys to cities and other areas but if you want to relax and be pampered then this hotel is excellent.
