The location is great.

My sister and I got stuck in the lift. After that I was reluctant to use the lift. I have a mobility issue and had to get up to the third floor for breakfast. The bar was not open.

This hotel is fantastic, the staff are incredibly good, particularly the lady who had been on reception for almost a month. She acts like a true ambassador for the hotel - like she has been there for 20+ years. She is helpful friendly and full of tips for the local area. The concierge is so lovely he looks after everyone like an invisible angel. The breakfasts are outstanding, all prepared with love. The room so comfortable and immaculately clean and neat (room 216). The bed, the shower and toiletries are great. The TV allows you to log into your own Netflix. The area is real Greece, full of great eateries shops quaint streets. Can't recommend it highly enough thank you

Could do with a little shop to be able to buy snacks for around the pool
