el desayuno no cumplió mis expectativas, no había fruta ni yogurt, ni pastelería muy poquito. El personal no muy agradable y las habitaciones un poco viejas.

Breakfast was cold cereal and toast, bed was firm and comfortable, no noises. I think we were the only people in that wing.

Hallway smelled like a skunk was in the area. Not noticeable in our room.

My husband and I, along with another couple booked the Kanab Travelodge by Wyndham for 4 nights to begin our SW vacation. The desk clerk was very pleasant and helpful on area restaurants. Unfortunately, that was the only good thing about this hotel. When we arrived at our building, the outer door was quite beat up and had been duct-taped open. The entryway was filthy. Both rooms were very small and had a strong, musty odor; a dog outside our room (on the adjacent property) barked continually for the 1 hour that we were there. We decided that this place was unacceptable and booked rooms at a nearby hotel. In explaining our move to the desk clerk, we offered to pay for 1 night as it was 7pm by then, even though we did not spend any nights there. The clerk refused and said that she would check with her manager but was certain we would be charged for the full. 4 nights. In the end, we were finally reimbursed for 2 nights. When we booked this place, we went with the reputation of the Wyndham chain of hotels - we will not make that mistake again.

Given the price point, I wasn’t expecting 5* room. However, as a Wyndham owned facility, I didn’t have basic expectations. Tje desk clerk was friendly and helpful with dining suggestions but the place was pretty rundown. The room had a musty smell and security was lacking (the outside exit doors were duct taped to stay unlocked). We relocated before staying the first of four nights but only received a credit for 2 nights which was disappointing.
