Mold above window, cracked tile in bathroom floor and counter. Stained blankets. Continental breakfast was very low on choices

Unfriendly and unprofessional. Dirty. Manager has a chin strap beard that belongs in a horror movie or prison, not jail, full on prison. Also cockroachs.

The shower was broken and and a lot of broken tiles. The heat is too loud and doesn’t work really well. No blanket so I was cold and the heat was set for 81 degrees.
