Walkable location, close to restaurants and walking tracks. Beautiful gardens and swimming pool and interesting koi fish ponds.

Noisy aircon unit in bedroom and a mouldy smell. Construction next door to the spa, unfortunately we didn’t make use of these facilities as a result.

Beautiful grounds, lovely suite accommodation, staff can’t do enough to help you, beautiful pool, great breakfasts, even made us a takeaway breakfast when we left early on the last morning! Very peaceful location, yet close to shops/cafes etc.

Location was good near main ubud market and good service.

It’s on bit pricey side as accommodation is not very new.

A presteza do pessoal, todo o atendimento espetacular. O hotel é lindo e muito bem localizado, pois é pertíssimo do centro, mas ainda assim afastado o suficiente para paz e aconchego.

O café da manhã é limitado. Tudo.bem não ter serviço de buffet, mas se quero consumir mais de um prato ou tipo de alimento, achei muito ruim ser cobrado por extras, não pra este nível de hotel e o valor pago.

Personnel chaleureux et souriant, établissement propre et bien intégré dans la nature.

De ne pas être rester plus longtemps 🤣
