Malheureusement pas grand chose, à part l’emplacement et la vue.

L’hôtel n’a pas un standing de 4 étoiles, la chambre était dans son jus, l’hygiène laissait à désirer (cheveux dans la douche quand nous sommes arrivés, sol avec trace de pas…), les équipements de la chambre défaillant (repose papier wc cassé, sèche cheveux non fonctionnel…). Une trappe du plafond de la salle de bain s’est même « ouverte » lorsqu’on l’on ferme un peu trop fort la porte d’entrée (voir photo ci-jointe). Le buffet petit déjeuner et dîner était également très moyen.

The entire experience was great even before our arrival. The hotel has daily activities for guests and the entire team is helpful, always smiling, and makes you feel very welcomed. A very big thank you to Lorena and her team for all of her help in making our trip even more special! Muchos Gracias!

I wish the jacuzzi and pool were heated, but that was totally ok!
