Please note that rooms and apartments have different check-in and check-out times: Rooms: Check-in: from 15:00 Check-out: until 12:00 Apartments: Check-in: from 16:00 Check-out: until 11:00 Please note that double or twin rooms can only accommodate children up to 2 years old in a cot. Please note that payment of the total amount of the reservation is required upon check-in. Please note that extra beds for children between 3 and 12 years old are free and for adults they are not included in the total price of the reservation. Please note when booking [5] rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please note that pets are allowed (as long as it weighs up to 10 kg) in the apartments or Villas at an extra charge of 25€ per pet, per day and a deposit of EUR 100 per pet and vaccination records will be requested for any damages or accidents caused by the animal. Please note that only a maximum limit of 1.000€ in cash payments are allowed. From December 2025 until the 01st of January 2026 the apartments will be available exclusively on a Room Only basis. During this period, some resort facilities will be temporarily closed, including: hotel rooms, restaurants, bar, spa, and kids club. Sehr schöne, ruhige Lage des Hotels in der Nähe von Ponte da Piedade. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist der Hammer ! Qualitativ hochwertige Lebensmittel und eine vielfälltige Auswahl. Der Pool ist immitten schöner Pflanzen und Palmen. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich würde dieses Hotel wieder buchen.

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ganz hervorragend und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Die Lage ist toll, man kann vom Hotel aus direkt zum Küstenwanderweg gelangen, es gibt sehr viele Möglichkeiten für kürzere oder längere Wanderungen in der Umgebung

Leider war die Sauna während unseres Aufenthaltes kaputt

Les piscines, l’ambiance intime malgré la taille de l’établissement. Le parking pratique pour garder la voiture au frais. La salle de sport. L’attention pour mon anniversaire :)

La seule piscine chauffée interdite aux enfants après 10h. Le prix de la restauration et du buffet du soir, payant à partir de 13 ans. Globalement, on considère les enfants jusqu’à 13 ans pour le restaurant et par contre c’est 16 ans pour la piscine. Le Kids club qui ne parle pas français.

A região do hotel oferece vistas lindíssimas, a distancia para a praia Dona Ana não foi um problema para nós, usamos os dias no hotel para correr na costa com vistas lindíssimas. A infraestrutura do hotel é excelente.

O Spa fechas às 18hs então não conseguimos aproveitar
