Great location , and Michelle who helped with check in and daily needs was amazing. No need to do taxis, everything is walking distance. Would stay again .

Really neat setting. The room felt very old world in a good way. The check in was easy and they were very helpful.

Michelle was marvellous from when we booked in to when we checked out, even calling a taxi for us. Staying here was an experience of the history of the building and the personal touches in the decoration. Small lift to take your bags up so no carrying up stairs. Beds were comfortable. Michelle showed us some other parts of the Palazzo and it was amazing. This building is a treasure. Got a very good insight to how the upper class lived in the 16th century. Would stay again for the experience.

Fabulous place to stay, huge rooms, a really comfortable bed, enormous living room. Great location in Siena and the manager was wonderful, incredibly helpful and made really useful suggestions.

Let me start for the reason of my somewhat low review for hotel Palazzo Coli Bizzarrini. We reserved the two bedroom Penthouse for four nights. Our bedrooms had bedbugs! We changed rooms after the first night to another, smaller two bedroom apartment. After our stay, we suspect this other room had bedbugs as well. We happened to be in town (not planned) for the Palio. As a result, there were loud noises until 3:30am outside of our room. Our new room also had a broken toilet where the water was constantly running. After trying to contact the hotel receptionist with the toilet issue with no response, we were somewhat blamed for not informing the receptionist with the toilet problem. Although our host quickly moved us to another room, we were not offered any compensation for moving to another, smaller room as a result of bedbugs. Our host is very nice. But we believe more could have been done for this huge inconvenience.

We loved the entire experience but especially the receptionist Michelle who is outstanding. This was a great find.

We stayed in this property for two nights and we fell in love with it. Amazing building with over 500 years of history. Very clean and spacious apartments with all amenities. The only downside was the bed which was not comfortable. I highly recommend this place and it’s friendly staff (Michelle) who was absolutely helpful and courteous.

Good location 5-7 min walk from Il Campo and all major city sites. 4 person family stayed 3 nts. Place was clean, no A/C, no window screens and some street noise even though we were on top floor. We ate out all the time so did not use small kitchen. Overall certainly acceptable for the price.

Such a unique setting in the center of Siena. We had a very large suite that could comfortably accommodate 6 ( using a pull out sofa) Somewhat challenging to find as it is not reachable by auto. However, Michele walked us through the entire process to find a private car park nearby and was diligent in following up to make sure we had a great experience Rooms were immaculate and spacious. We had Suote 10 which was not directly accessible by elevator so if you are traveling with large bags it might be Difficult. Overall we are definitely recommending Palazzo Coli Bizzarini for travelers looking for a unique historic venue
