"Greatest place to stay in Sicily!"

10.0

Very nice facilities, great and clean rooms with big bathrooms. Amazing pool with breathtaking sunset view in the evening. Great breakfast, nice menu to eat dinner. For sure the best place to sfay in Sicily. Its sad that we had a chance to stay there for one night only, but I am coming back for sure.

"Lovely"

8.0

We stayed at il parco degli ulivi last week for 6 nights and what a lovely hotel! The views are outstanding! Hotel very clean, and friendly staff, only down fall is they can't speak English. Also the breakfast wasn't fresh and tables weren't cleaned until breakfast had finished. I think this is due to being new owners and it's not a busy season in October. Friendly manager offered us coffee every morning at breakfast which was nice, and he really wanted to please. It was a relaxing peaceful stay!

"Mean owners"

2.0

I mistakenly booked into this hotel - there is another by the same name in Sardinia As soon as I realised I contacted Booking.Com they spoke to the hotel who refused to cancel my booking 84.55 euros taken from my account even though i also rang the hotel directly to explain Sharp and nasty practice - not how an honourable business would operate

"Comfortable"

8.0

I stayed here twice since it was researching family history in this area. Clean, quiet, comfortable hotel with a good breakfast. The pool is closed off season. I needed my gps to find it but even that took some extra time.

"Exceptionally Italian"

8.0

Stayed at this hotel for two nights on the way from and then back to the airport during a two week stay in Sickly. It is a bit off the beaten track and takes some getting to from the main road even using a sat nav. It is however well worth the effort. It's a modern low rise hotel at the top of a hill. The public areas are pleasant and nicely ethnic Italian. The rooms are spacious well maintained and clean. The staff were helpful despite our lack of Italian and their basic English. The restaurant is light airy and well decorated and the free breakfast nice but basic. It is however the outside areas which make this such a special place. A lovely terrace and lawned area compliment an amazing infinity pool with views out across the bay. Whether first thing in the morning, during the heat of the day or as the sun sets across the sea and pool it always gives a great view. There was a special celebration evening for guests and locals the night we stayed at the end of our holiday the Italian staff and guests made us really welcome, a lovely end to our trip. Only Italian TV but fee wi-fi and air conditioning made the difference.

"Terrible Non-Frendly Service"

2.0

I booked this hotel due to overwhelming positive reviews about this place. What a disappointment, one of the worst experience I have ever had. Upon check-in, the front desk lady is not friendly at all, when I returned after an hour to collect my passport, she said she is busy and did not finish the paper work, what loads of BS. I was give a room that is at the very end of the building, no wi-fi what so ever, when I asked to change the room, no attempt to smooth things out, just a cold "not possible", the most frequent phrase you will hear in Italy. If I can give no star, I would. The room has a musty smell when I entered. The AC does not cool down to proper temperature after running for over two hours. The view? If you count all the yellow patches of grasses around the property and some roof top as a view, I have no idea where people have been, come-on this is Italy. The cliff at Ravello overseeing the sea is a VIEW. This is someone's backyard!!!

"Lovely Hotel - when you can find it"

8.0

The hotel is rather hard to find - I strongly recommend you use GPS co-ordinates rather than the address, but when you arrive you will find lovely comfortable and clean rooms. A pool that is fantastic and the restaurant is terrific! Dinner and breakfast were both great!

"Difficult to fin but well worth any trouble"

8.0

Very difficult to find but well worth the trouble. The address did not appear in either of our 2 GPS, we had to rely on the co-ordinates. Once there is was well worth any hassle. The staff are great, the restaurant was very good, the room was spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The language barrier was no problem.

"Go for it"

10.0

Wonderful stay, beautiful views, delicious food from their restaurant. Our GPS brought us to their road sign at the fork of the road. An arrow to point us to turn right at the fork would have helped us to find the hotel faster.

"Beautiful pool with fantastic view"

8.0

This is a very nice, rather small hotel (32 rooms). The swimming pool is absolutely fabulous. Everything is clean and well maintained. The hotel has a very good restaurant, where you can eat delicious (slow) food. We were very satisfied during our stay. We had one complaint, which we told the manager. The manager took his responsibility and did everything within his power to settle our complaint and left us with a very good feeling of this hotel. Chapeau to the manager!
