"No shuttle service at the aiport"

We had to wait 2 hrs for the free Shuttle at the airport , so finally we took a taxi When we arrived at the hotel we had yo wait 10 minutes at the street ringing the bell

Nice. But the hotel is very old. The air conditioner wasn’t working so I was sweating all night and the food is very expensive.

I didn't have the opportunity to stay due rules that passengers in transit are not allowed to get out. This was disappointing. I pay money for nothing ,:-(
