Great location- simple airport pickup - friendly staff

This property provides transportation to/from the airport in a very timely fashion! Their breakfast is more like a full breakfast rather than just a continental breakfast.

Perfect stop over after a long haul flight. Transfers to and from airport were seamless. Rooms comfortable and food was fine. Don’t forget to bring your bathers.

Perfect for an overnight stay after travelling nearly 24 hours from Australia. Very efficient check in, English spoken , and breakfast opens at 0400am, Free wifi in room excellent and very fast.

The thing that made me choose this property was their arrangement with a local company to give transportation to and from the airport, which was excellent. While on site, everything I wanted was provided in a very friendly and efficient manner. We checked out at noon but continued to use the facilities until we left at 5pm for our late evening flight. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was nice but very disappointed in the breakfast. There was hot food available prior to about 6:30 AM but at 7 when we went there was only borderline pastries etc. The bread for toast was terrible and the lady attending the breakfast was rude when we asked where the hot food was she mumbled something and walked away. Other were also surprised there was no hot food. The front desk did not seem to care or be concerned when we asked for explanation.

In general, good service. The front desk staff could be more friendly regarding to provide information to the first time visit tourists that would like to go interesting places but doesn’t have idea where to go. Love the restaurant and their staff. I will give them 💯 plus percent for everything!!

Hotel is safe and comfortable with a good restaurant, garden and unheated outside pool. However there is nothing close by. No shops or restaurants and no public transport. 1 bottle of water costs USD 4 (USD 1 in any shop). Taxi service is good but expensive. Nearest mall costs USD 12 each way.

We were not informed that we had to find a carrier ((Transvip) to get a shuttle to the hotel. This information is not on their website or theirs. Finally, exhausted, we were scammed and took a "cab" to the hotel, for $30. People at the desk were less than kind about our experience, basically told us we should have known. I found the staff in general to be much less than friendly or helpful.
