Gemessen am Preis ist das ein sehr gutes Hotel. Sauber (in diesem Hotel sogar alle Tische, was in den letzten Jahren in sehr vielen Hotels einfach konsequent nicht gereinigt wird, was echt ekelhaft ist), alles funktioniert, kein Lärm durch Lüftungen oder Fahrstühle. Sehr freundliches Personal, dass auch Wünsche beim Parken erfüllt. Das Parkhaus ist gut bezahlbar und nicht enger als andere Parkhäuser auch. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Mein Zimmer war zur Lahn raus und ich hatte dementsprechend das angenehme Wasserrauschen die ganze Nacht.

Wenn ich überhaupt was meckern will, dann bzgl. des Kaffees beim Frühstück, der zwar mit Automaten und entsprechender Auswahl angeboten wird, aber das Milchpulver, das für die Milchanteil genutzt wird, und der aromaarme Kaffee trüben das ansonsten sehr gute Frühstück leider. Ich bezahle gern etwas mehr pro Nacht und habe dafür Frischmilch im Kaffee und einen halbwegs guten Automaten mit frischen Bohnen.

Alles war absolut Spitze. Jederzeit wieder.

Einziger Punkt der auf jeden Fall behoben werden sollte ist das der Toilettendeckel nicht der richtige für die Keramik ist. Man saß vorme nicht auf der Brille sondern auf der Keramik. Unhygienisch

netter Empfang, wir könnten schon etwas früher einchecken, vielseitiges Frühstück (lecker), nach dem Auschecken könnte das Fahrzeug noch weiter für einen Altstadt Bummel in der Tiefgarage bleiben, sehr schön gestalteter Frühstücksraum

Grosses Zimmer, Lademöglichkeit für E-Bikes, fussläufig (über Brücke) in die Innenstadt, sehr nette Mitarbeiter

Leider qualitativ schlechtes Frühstücksbuffet (Brötchen und Rühreier haben muffig geschmeckt, Kaffee aus Automat und Kanne war schrecklich), Vielfalt am Buffet war aber gut, Dusche sehr schlecht Wärme regulierbar
