Near to Guildhall, clean and had character. Staff are all lovely

Could do with areas sprucing up - corridors etc but I think they are on the process of that

Hotel was grubby dated and in bad need of refurbishment.

The staff, the location, the rooms.

Because it was so hot, our room was boiling. There was a fan but the temp waz 30+ very unusual for june.

The location was ideal for our overnight stay prior to a cruise. The breakfast was delicious! The staff were very friendly and helpful to point out local places of interest.

Good location for town centre Breakfast was nice

Our room was on the 3rd floor. It was impossible to cope with the heat in the room. The 2 fans in there were totally inadequate to cool the room. The general condition of the decor was poor. Window frames rotting. weak water pressure. Probably the worst night I’ve spent in a hotel room.

It’s in Center and it’s clean

In a great location with a friendly, helpful team. The rooms were clearly recently refurbished and very comfortable (if a little warm).

Parking more limited than advertised and a very minor quibble but the rooms need bed/sidelights so you don’t have to have the main overhead lights on when one person stays awake longer than the other.
