Centralised Cotham House by Prescott Apartments

Stunk of mould, no heating, unresponsive customer service, soulless, windows where everyone can see in off the street, silverfish in the bathroom, windows that won’t open, unauthorised money taken from my account!!!!

The apartment was clean and tidy and met my expectations

Clean comfortable and quiet spacious

Going towards the actual door of property was too dark need light leading towards door and maybe a 1 bottle of water

Great location, big rooms and high ceilings. Good communication from host.

Path to the property is over grown and no light so had to use a torch every time to get into the property. So many rules. Communal area is run down.

The apartment is situated in an excellent location close to shops and nice green parks. It was clean and spacious with all you need.

Entrance needs a light by the door. Very dark path to the door and you cannot see the keylock. As a woman I was fearful of going up the path on my own.

Well equipped apartment and very comfortable, good communication from host

Street parking only outside times Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (didn't cause an issue for my stay), no instructions for hot water but was able to figure out how to turn the boiler on

Having to pay a hefty damage deposit which was not made clear on the booking site. Street parking not available during the day, only overnight, which should have been specified.
