Racket Hall Country House

Had a lovely one night stay. The room looked into the inner courtyard. Beautiful view

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very quiet hotel at night, no outside noise. Room excellent. Dining room, food very good. One small hic up. Waited over 20 minutes after finishing main course, no dessert, no nothing. We decided to just pay for what we ate and left. I mentioned to a member of staff what had happened who replied "oh sorry about that" and walked off. Anyways other than that we enjoyed our stay in the hotel.

Breakfast was almost uneatable but everythingelse, from the staff tithe room and comfort, were just fine. Good for a comfy overnight stay. thanks

We were very happy with the room and facilities but disappointed with the food available in the restaurant. Perhaps stay there but eat elsewhere. Food was over cooked and the size of the meals was too large. I’d suggest smaller portions and better quality would be an improvement.

Restaurant experience was disappointing, we were seated quickly but our menu requests were not completed correctly and then our waitress disappeared and we had to keep asking for dessert menus/the bill.

Racket Hall suited my needs

This was a very nice hotel. Our room was large with a nice bathroom. It was clean and comfortable and in a convenient location for our travels. Would definitely recommend.

Best hotel we stayed in in our trip to Ireland. Roscrea's only restaurant closes at 6 pm so dinner had to be in hotel but it was fine. Breakfast was made to order and first class.
