Comfy and warm beds; good laundry service

Wifi did not work and scary to realise at 4:30 am as we needed to catch a bus that we were completely locked in - door was locked and in addition there was a padlocked security grille! We rang the bell and no one came for 25 minutes. No fire escape at all so who knows what would happen in the event of a fire.

The staff were so lovely and caring. I developed altitude sickness and they helped provide oxygen, even delivering breakfast to my room. Clean with plenty of hot water. Located extremely close to the main square but not noisy. Exceeded my expectations.

Light from the landing outside may be visible from the frosted window above the door but gets turned off at night time so does not really have a big impact.

The location was so close to the plaza. Had heaters in the room. The shower was so hot and strong pressure— truly enjoyed after two weeks of lukewarm water and rain showers in Lima. The staff was very helpful. The included breakfast in the morning was basic buffet, but tasty. They offered scrambled eggs and a salchipapa, they would also make a fried egg if you liked.

We had street corner room so a little bit noisy due cars honking but not many
