Accueil très chaleureux, on croise et discute avec la propriétaire très régulièrement dans une ambiance familiale. Danielle est également très à l'écoute des besoins des locataires. Le logement est situé proche du centre ville de Dieppe, avec un grand parking, et des extérieurs accessibles à tous les locataires.

Endroit calme et paisible, studio bien équipé avec devant la porte petite table et fauteuils de jardin, la gérante aux petits soins,possibilité de faire de belles balades à pieds, à vélo, le supermarché à 100m et en voiture Dieppe est juste à côté entouré de belles plages et de bons petits restos, balade en bateaux pour admirer les falaises et petits trains touristiques.
