"Otros años era mejor"

La ubicación del hotel

La ubicación de la pieza, muy oscura, sin iluminación natural ni vista, no salía agua caliente, se llamó a un técnico, estaba cortada , extractor del baño no funcionaba, el closet estaba con polvo los colgadores. Y el desayuno poca variedad.

La hora de salida debería ser la misma hora de entrada, ya que te quita tiempo salir a las 12:00 hrs.

Sabiendo que era un evento como es la maratón de santiago, colocar hora estricta de check Out a las 12 en punto o recargo, fue excesivo, si ellos tenían conocimiento que el evento con suerte terminaría a esa hora, fue muy mal por parte del hotel tomar esa medida, en mi caso logre salir tarde pero sin recargo, pero muchas personas molestas incomidas y con clara justificación, no pueden ser novatos, dejarse caer en esto cuando miexpwriancia el año anterio fue genial y por eso había reservado ahí, pero lo evaluare para futuras ocasiones, ni desayune ninguno de los días y cero seguimiento hacen de las estadías solo desean facturar y sin argumento, en el caso del portero es el único que daría un 7 en servicio y disposición, la recepción un caos total con personal que ni la maquina de cobro sabían manejar. Cero ganas de regresar y me recomendación para cualquiera es tenganlo como última opción,

Todo excelente, su ubicación fue lo mejor.

Estacionamiento sujeto a disponibilidad, por lo que hasta mi llegada estuve preocupada por dónde dejar mi vehículo. Finalmente, había disponibilidad aún de estacionamiento, asi quedó en mismo hotel, pero si se pudiera reservar previo sería ideal.
