really fell in love with this gem , we like staying at older buildings , this is very quaint place , staff are friendly , walking distance to plaza mayor and shopping and dinning area will recommend

Unfortunately, we only stayed one night at the hotel, but we still really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is beautifully designed, and the staff is very friendly. We felt very comfortable and well taken care of.

"Ok to stay"

The property doesn’t have air conditioner. The heating is centralized and is turned on only for couple of hours during night time. Very inconvenient when it’s rain and cold outside. Plumbing issues is a big problem. Water stays in shower tub. Take time for water to warm up in the morning. Internet service is very slow. Breakfast is OK. They also have hot and cold water and tea supplies all the time. Can provide you some snacks for early excursions. Location is not excellent but good, close enough to attractions.

"Disappointing Stay – No Respect for Quiet"

I was really looking forward to my stay at Tambo Del Arriero, but unfortunately, it was disappointing. The hotel itself is charming, and the rooms are comfortable, but my experience was ruined by excessive noise from the neighboring room. The kids and parents were extremely loud, making it impossible to rest. I brought this issue to the hotel staff , but nothing was done to address it. A good night’s sleep is essential, especially in a city like Cusco where early mornings and long excursions are common. Sadly, the lack of action from the hotel made my stay frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a peaceful and restful stay.

Beautiful place to stay, conveniently located 10 minutes from Plaza de Armas on a small, one way street. Beds were on the firmer side if that’s what you like. The decor in the rooms and courtyard was so charming! Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was diverse and tasty! Highly recommend 😁👍
