First floor is noisy. Rooms are quite large but bare bones, towels and robes are clean but old and frayed, and there were ants everywhere :-(

Great location, beautiful clean rooms and service minded staff

There was no hot water early morning & no one at the reception to talk about it. WiFi was not great. 10 min walk to the main square & lot of laundry options around.

My son and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The service is personalized from the initial check in process to the restaurant and the extra length the staff goes to satisfy guests. My son became ill during our time in Cusco and Carol (from desk) contacted a local doctor that was able to provide much needed attention. Miguel at the restaurant went the extra mile to ensure my son was able to order bland foods such as soups, chicken, white rice that were easily digested. Ramiro (from desk) also stood out for his service and help with storing our luggage when we were away on the Inca Trail. Overall the staff was very attentive to our needs and our stay was very enjoyable.
