"Correct pour une nuit."

Bon accueil. Hôtel proche de la sortie d'autoroute, beau parc à l'arrière. Prestations correctes. Salle d'eau un peu vieillissante. Chambre un peu étroite avec un léger manque d'insonorisation. Bon petit déjeuner.

Très bel endroit bucolique avec ruisseau reposant parking énorme et gratuit personnel adorable et aux petits soins chambre très agréable juste changer de plombier :-)

"Les deux Rives indigne des Logis de France"

Hôtel ne relevant pas de Logis de France ! Accueil : froid et personne peu loquace , un minimum de mots !! Chambre : propre mais , alèses plastifiées sur matelas , oreillers , très inconfortable pour dormir ! de plus , lavabo en partie bouché , cache lampe au-dessus du lavabo manquant . Petit déjeuner : comme bon nombre de voyageurs je constate un petit déjeuner très moyen , fruits flétris , et je ne parle pas des fonds de pots de confiture et du miel , sans oublier les tranches de saucisson noircies . J'ai évoqué tous ces problèmes à la responsable de l'hôtel. Réponses : Chez moi je finis les fonds de pot !! Et de plus nos produits sont des produits locaux ... Je veux bien mais encore faut-il qu'ils soient frais et en nombre suffisant !! La référence Logis de France me pose question !! Que les responsables de Logis de France fassent des contrôles . A Bannassac et à Sainte Enimie il y a beaucoup mieux que ce 3 étoiles . La responsable accepte difficilement les remarques !!

Attention, cet hôtel ne respecte pas les conditions des réservations passées via Hôtels.com car il a voulu nous facturer le lit bébé alors que s'était bien noté qu'il est gratuit dans la réservation de Hôtels.com. La gérante de l'hôtel est hautaine et elle nous a très mal parlé, elle n'est pas accueillante et Madame le sourire est gratuit!!! Bref nous ne revenons pas dans cet hôtel car ce métier est un métier de service et si on aime pas il faut changer de métier Madame !
