"Un petit hôtel en centre-ville"

Bon rapport qualité prix. Arrivé par un temps caniculaire, la chambre est climatisée est tout à fait agréable. Le personnel est très accueillant et disponible. La lutterie est confortable chez dormir comme une souche. L'hôtel est situé juste derrière le capitole en plein centre de Toulouse près du métro, c'est parfait pour se déplacer dans le centre-ville.

La salle de bain est légèrement vetuste mais fonctionnelle et propre.

"Séjour agréable"

Le personnel embauché récemment pas suffisamment au courant de l'organisation (ascenseur par exemple), ne savait pas qu'il fonctionnait dès le rez de chaussée, j'ai monté ma valise par l'escalier. Je n'en veux surtout pas au personnel nouvellement embauché mais à la formation !

Proche du centre centre ville

C’est trop petit, c’est très salle, le lavabo est vraiment minuscule, le bas rideau de douche est crasseux, les draps sentent, c’est sale en règle général. Le ménage refait le lit sans changer les deaps

Das Frühstück war ganz ok, das Personal sehr wechselhaft, Fahrräder konnten nur mit Not untergebracht werden

Der Begriff „Comfort“ Doppelzimmer spottet jeder Beschreibung , und wenn sich der Vorhang in der winzigen Dusche sanft an einen schmiegt…
