Riverside Park Hotel

The pillows were very hard..

Excellent staff, very friendly and welcoming. Great selection of breakfast, excellent bar and great selection of bar food, reasonably priced, room was very clean and modern, swimming pool was great, and our 5 year old son who has autism was loving the kids' pool. The leisure staff were very understanding of our son's needs. Great location, a stone's throw away from Enniscorthy town centre and within walking distance of the railway station. Perfect destination for a family getaway.

Disability access was underground. Would have been ideal to have a ramp at the front of the hotel.

The staff were amazing especially a kid named Roman.

My family were stuck in a lift for an hour, so for two days me and my elderly mother took the stairs out of fear. It was utter caos on the night in question and it scared the life out of me. Ideally I should of requested a refund, but trying to forget it now

Dinner was good Good location

Leisure facilities are dirty and run down Bugs in the steam room and floor coming away from the walls in sauna. Hair and dirt floating in the ice bath Shower in room had black mould around the edges. Disappointing

Our stay was exellent, the hotel is clean, ant the staff was good.

The location next to the river was lovely

The bathroom was a little tired
