Location was good for access into the town centre. WiFi was strong. Friendly staff.

The drain for the shower was located in the middle of the bathroom by the toilet rather than in the shower area resulting in the bathroom floor being wet for a considerable amount to time afterwards. The extractor fan in the bathroom did not extract and made a loud screeching noise switched on. Dirty hand towel, looked as though it had make-up on it. Heated towel rail in the bathroom did not work. The mattress was hard and not comfortable to sleep on. Lighting was poor in the bedroom area especially by the dressing table / mirror. Breakfast was poor, I would rather have paid more for a better breakfast. 1st day breakfast - Mushrooms were cold / not cooked, 2 slices of toast served dry without butter. 2nd day breakfast - 2 croissants (with chocolate inside) and half a banana sliced on the side.
