I am writing to share feedback regarding my client’s recent stay at your hotel (Room 145). Unfortunately, there was a misunderstanding regarding the check-out time. My client was not aware that check-out was at 11:00 AM, and she received a call asking her to vacate the room, which caused inconvenience and frustration. At the same time, she had a scheduled spa appointment and due to the situation, she was not able to properly prepare or have time to shower.
