The view was assume. The staff was very friendly.

My husband and I kept our wedding at this facility. From the moment we arrived the staff were exceptional , friendly,polite,and went over the norm to make sure our stay and wedding was a memorable one. The room was clean and tidy and food was awesome. We would definitely stay there again.

My stay at this location was not too bad, the view was wonderful,you could looking into the ocean...the place is at a good location and not far from the city..but the place need a lot of work, renovation are needed.. beautiful place for weddings and vocations..but it needs fixing.

Initial room lacked running water after much effort to get water working we were moved to a different room which lacked hot water. No wifi, no restaurant or breakfast service. Otherwise the hotel is very scenic with wonderful views of the bay, a great getaway from the busy hussle of the tourist centers. Nice and quiet.

Check in was quick and easy. That was perfect for us because we arrived very late in the evening. It was a cute little hotel with courtyard and views of the ocean that literally literally literally took my breath away. Upon entering the room, it appeared clean and inviting. There was a tv with just about any channel you would want. The turn offs may be minor for some but I can be a little OCD. The floor was a little dirty and so were the bed skirts. yuk. There was a half covered hole in the wall and I feared something would come crawling out. I had a huge balcony but a part of it (room 15) connected to the roof of an adjoining building. Well there was a gaping hole in the roof which gave me the creeps. Again, I thought something might come crawling out of it. I also noticed this room needs mesh on the bathroom and door openings to deter bugs/pests. All other online reviews about AC vs Natural Breeze is true. You don't notice that you have no AC because the ocean breeze will keep you cool and relaxed. The front desk and cleaning staff gave perfect bright eyed customer service. They are super welcoming. I can't say the same for the people at the bar. She came up to me when I started browsing the menu but better service would be had if she greeted with a hows your day, can I get you a drink. Let me know if you have any questions about the menu. The shower was cold :( but had decent pressure. Lacks entertainment. Simply a decent place to sleep or relax and do nothing. Iffy Wifi.

The staff were very good. Problems with getting hot water to shower and personally I feel the breakfast menu needs to be upgraded especially on Fresh Fruit. Overall the room was a great view and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.
