Huge apartment with a nice balcony. Location is also good, just a few blocks away from main restaurants and beaches in Colonia Sant Jordi.

The apartment is old and most of the things need a repair: the shower is broken, some lightbulbs are burnt out, curtains did not work properly and it smells really bad, specially the bathroom. The bed in the second room was not made when we arrived, so we had to make it ourselves. In general, the kitchen was supplied with really old stuff (the coffee maker didn’t even work), without even expecting any amenities (maybe some courtesy coffee or sugar).

The location is great.

It was very outdated and incredibly dirty. There was dirt and dust everywhere, and the furniture looked and felt like it was at least 30 years old. The beds and couch were super uncomfortable. We saw at least two cockroaches in the property during our stay. There were no mosquito screens in the property, and even though we almost never opened the windows we had at least 15 mosquitos in the room every evening which kept us from sleep.

They changed the appartement we rented without warning us the day of our arrival pretending it would be more comfortable for us. The host said we ll regret it as if the appartement we had booked was not worthy, when we asked to stay in the appartement we had booked. In the end, they let us choοse the next day to change to the one we had booked in the first place. We liked better the one we had booked than the one we were offererd the first night of our stay. Towels weren't clean and not replaced when we asked for new ones.

The advantage of this apartment is that it is close to the sea.

When we booked a room on booking.com on the photo was the address and view of the entrance to the apartment, but we were settled in a completely different apartment building. This house is further away than the address shown in booking.com. We informed the owner of the flat that the flat does not correspond to the photos on the site (photo attached), but he did nothing. The flat we were put in had a small balcony but no terrace. There was an unpleasant odour when we moved in. The double bed, which was advertised as a double bed, was actually two single beds which were constantly moving apart. The ceiling in the bedroom was falling away slightly. In the kitchen the cooker was connected to a gas cylinder (photo attached), I don't know how safe this is and if it is even legal. On the third day of the holiday we saw cockroaches in the flat, it was terrible. The other four days of the holiday we fought with cockroaches and prayed not to bring them home in suitcases. Many times I have contacted booking.com support and no reply has yet come. In no case I do not recommend to anyone a holiday in Apartamentos Lemar - Grupo Berna. They are scammers. I also have a video of cockroaches running around in the room.
