Great location and apartment was clean. Staff were wonderful

We booked the Penthouse Apartment specifically because we wanted elevated accommodation with sea views. However, upon arrival, we were informed that the “penthouse” was actually located on the ground floor, with the term being used simply because it was a large apartment. This was very disappointing, as a penthouse is generally understood to be a top-floor apartment offering great views.

"Ok but needs improving"

Location was good.

Cleaners were offered access to room at 9am and arrived to clean just before 4pm. Chipped floor tiles, outdoor furniture in poor condition, sofa stained and old.
