The pool area and the overall premises was quiet. I felt comfortable throughout my stay which made it a very relaxing experience.

The staff at the fron dresk was pleasant and courteous. However, the person at the front gate was rude and unprofessional. As a first time visitor, I would have appreciated a kore helpful and accommodating approach. I would have also appreciate buffet style breakfast, glasses in the room and an ice machine like other hotels offer.

The location is safe and close to the airport with free shuttle to & from the hotel. There are 2 comfortable double sized bed with en-suite & hot water. It’s an aircon spacious room with wardrobe, tv, safe and empty fridge.

I phoned the receptionist after my arrival and got the information to be at the Subway chain but the free shuttle driver grumbled that I should be outside when I was picked up by the Subway as per instruction. No kettle or anything complimentary but toiletries. Both receptionists during check in and out were no professional in manners.

1 star for this hotel. We stayed for two nights and had to change rooms three times due to maintenance and cleanliness issues. Our first room, Room 30, was clean and well maintained; however, the air conditioner was leaking water directly onto the bed, making the room unusable. We were then moved to Room 33, which was in unacceptable condition. The bathroom had a strong urine odor, the toilet seat was old and unsanitary, the faucet was loose and moved from side to side, and the bathroom light flickered constantly. Our final room, Room 32, was an improvement over Room 33, but it still had issues. The toilet required several pumps of the handle to flush properly, and the bathroom walls and tiles were in need of a thorough cleaning. Overall, the repeated room changes and maintenance concerns made for a very disappointing stay.
