Close and convenient location to the airport

The staff were asleep when I arrived. All of them lol

The location was pretty good and pool was clean.

The room was not soundproof, and excessive noise from other guests made it very uncomfortable. Despite this, no action was taken to address the disturbance. The restaurant was not operational during our stay, and this was not communicated to us in advance. We should have been informed beforehand. We were only provided with one towel for two persons and had to repeatedly request additional towels, which was inconvenient.

Affordable, You get what you pay for. Room was clean bed was comfortable AC was working good water pressure also good. TV was good too. Relatively quiet. Has a pool that isn't congested Has a fridge Complimary hand soap and bathing soap

Rooms not completely sound proof. Room service is not available in the night so you gotta go for stuff like "toilet paper, a Iron to press clothes, extra towels" etc Room had a sutle weird smell in certain parts. Needs more lights outside at night. No microwave in room you need to go to reception to heat up your food. No complimentary water No kettle in room

I booked this property but did not stay here. 1. I called in the morning to request early check-in but was told that I could not because they were fully booked. At 2:30 I headed to the property which was very difficult to find. We had to go down a alley which was creepy but when we reached the property, it looked creepy. It was behind a tall fence which you had to enter or leave by someone letting you in or out. The fence seemed to malfunction where it opened then closed then opened then closed and then one side opened. When we entered, the swim up pool area displayed in the photo looked deserted and un-used. They was Noone visible at all on the inside of the gate. There were appox 3 white vans under a covered oning and three small white car which all had a accumulation of dust as if they were not being used. We drove up to the entrance and again, there was no-one to be seen anywhere. There was no movement at all. I was too afraid to get out of the uber. The drive agreed that I should not stay here. I Immediately booked another hotel very close by. I would not recommend this place at all. I actually would like a full refund and have requested but have not heard back..

Proximity to airport. Very helpful staff

Free Airport shuttle and On-site restaurant were both overstatements. It should read free airport pickup. The drop off is a trap. Rooms are very tight
