Il posto è pulito comodo e la colazione è buona

Sicuramente l accoglienza deve migliorare molto e mettere gli ospiti a loro agio. Purtroppo non vorrei generalizzare con tutto lo staff ma la nostra esperienza al check-in è stata brutta.
