Incredible hotel. I was happy with the service. Excellent staff and the rooms were spacious and clean. Great views and excellent beds.

Pro. 1. Good location with outstanding view at Oia. 2. This hotel have only 7rooms, so if you want to have a privacy it would be good choice. Con 1. To be a 5 star hotel, The villa kakities need to check the room line and others. Hand towel, face towel and tea package did not prepared each rooms. 2. The water temperture in jacuzzi was not hot enough it was warm. If you book this hotel at april or may because use jacuzzi, you must check the weather. 3. Bathroom design was poor. The floor were very slippery and wet all the time. Tip Make sure you get right room type if you pay for upgrade. I booked through expidia for upgrade suite but first day I got standard and they changed the room because I recognized and required changed. The hotel manager said every rooms are all suite then why expidia provide different room type with different price? This is the detail of the rooms Room 1. Suite Next to reception area so less privacy Room 2. Suite I stayed this room. I think this is the one of best room at this hotel. It has good privacy, great view and big jacuzzi. Room 3 4 5 Standard ( the hotel manager said these are suite but all the booking site show as a standard ) If you paid right amount of money then these rooms are quite good. Open view and room looks bigger then photo Room 6 7. Suite These rooms are located lower floor. It has a great panoramic open view from jzcuzzi and good privacy ( but my friend did not like the floor color. Room 6 has very drak)

The young manager at villa katikies was the best. Amazing from the very beginning and upgraded us to a villa with a large pool and beautiful view of the sunset as a complimentary birthday present and also because i was on my honeymoon. Just amazing. Will book with again no hesitation.

We stayed at the Villas at Katikies, which is about 150 meters from the main hotel. Guests have access to both. The rooms are serene and have spectacular caldera views. Thoughtful room amenities - a Bose sound deck with a nano stocked with relaxing music, Bulgari toiletries, two comfortable chairs, robes, safe, plenty of towels. Breakfast was included, with an a la carte selection delivered to your room, your patio, near the pool or in one of the common areas each morning. The staff is exceptional. Everyone was incredible helpful and nice. Good food and highly recommend the cosmopolitan at the main hotel bar.

Only stayed for a short while, but wish we stayed much longer. Beautiful place, very calm and mellow. You can go to the restaurants at the sister hotel, but there are plenty around you. The people who worked there were wonderful, helpful, and friendly. Amazing location, very romantic, clean, and comfortable.

Beautiful property, outstanding service, and extremely convenient, walkable location. Be sure to contact the hotel to confirm the precise room that you have been assigned to: rooms within the same class (at least per Hotels.com) vary significantly in terms of size and quality. We were initially assigned to a room that looked nothing like the pictures associated with the Suite with Outside Hot Tub on either Hotels.com or the property's website. Luckily, one of the other rooms opened up on our second day and we were moved to a room that was a substantial upgrade in terms of size, quality of outdoor space, and location. That aside, the stay was wonderful and the views are out of this world.

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this collection of villa rooms. The service is exemplary and the rooms are lovely, very comfortable & clean. Be prepared to climb steps! Keeps you in good shape to eat the wonderful food! Don't be afraid of having to carry bags up & down the steps. The staff takes good care of that for you!

My husband and me stayed in villa katikies for 3 nights . Words cannot even describe how amazing and how beautiful this place was .you have the most beautiful views from your room and in your balcony breakfast is served daily . You just let them know the night before what time you would like breakfast served and they bring it to you in your own private balcony Good breakfast with lots of options . Other than this villa katikies being a beautiful , quite , clean , charming , fantastic location , the manager name margarita was the most kindness and attentive and friendly manager . Also the other person name kostas which I hope I spelled it correctly is also very attentive and so welcoming . I would 100 percent give this place a 5 star . Is amazing villa

Perfect location.

We didn't get the exact room as expected (as it really depends on luck what to get on the arrival) but our room was fine. Services are good. Staff are friendly and very useful. The view is just execeptional. The villa is small so it's very private. We will come back in the future.
