Not much, the staff were friendly

It was very expensive to be so poorly kept. The floor was dirty and turned our feet black, when we asked if it had been cleaned they said probably not and gave us a mop and broom to clean it ourselves! The WiFi barely worked and was not available in the main bedroom whilst being patchy in others. The kitchen did not have anything in it to cook or eat with, we had to ask for this and it arrived the day before we were leaving. The breakfast was included but limited to a small selection, and you can only order one thing, for example fruit or porridge, when we think about what we paid this seemed like a joke when other hotels give you a wide selection as a buffet.

Zero activities in the hostel (!) except of one day when they rented their “garden” for the private party where people from hostel were not allowed (yes, it’s exactly what happened, they even put security to not let nobody come in). The music was incredible loud until 4am. I did not sleep that night at all and asked them to make refund (not for that night, at least for next ones) and they… refused because of their non-refund policy. I’m not surprised that so big hostel is empty, just regretting that I didn’t choose another one. Wish them to find adequate management because the place has potential but what they do with it is disaster

La ubicación es excelente, bastante tranquilo para estar tan cerca de Provenza. El desayuno está increíble y el personal es super amable y atento. La habitación me sorprendió mucho

la única mini pega que le pondría es que la cama hace mucho ruido al moverte.

Buena atención y el desayuno es rico.

Excellent location, in a beautiful leafy hilly neighborhood with lots of great restaurants and cafes around; very big room with large sofa, proper writing table and comfortable bed, with nice view of the hills; good bathroom with hot shower and excellent water pressure; great WiFi; excellent service by reception staff, all of them very polite and friendly; very good breakfast; great value for money

There were a few small plastic pieces on the floor so a little more cleaning before checkin would have been good; lighting in room was a bit dim

Nice accommodation and friendly staff! Especially super happy with the service of Gabriel as he’s super helpful and friendly!!
