The location was super good. The room was clean.

After a shower, the toilet was complete wet. If you go with your dog, you would paid an extra per night + fianza There's not communication within the staff

Hello, This reservation was made for my fiancée. Unfortunately, I was unable to accompany her on this holiday to the Sunshine Coast because I am currently working in the United Kingdom. While some of the hotel facilities may be a little dated, what truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional service. My fiancée mentioned Michelle to me several times during her stay. Michelle’s care and attention made her feel completely at home. She genuinely felt that Michelle looked after her as if she were family. I am certain that when we return to Fuengirola in the future, this hotel will be our first choice. I would also like to encourage the management team to recognize and reward Michelle for her outstanding dedication and professionalism. Her warmth and enthusiasm transform the hotel from simply a place to stay into a home filled with genuine care and hospitality. Thank you for making my fiancée’s stay such a memorable experience.
