Struttura molto accogliente e con un panorama bellissimo. Il personale molto gentile, sia alla reception che al ristorante. Alla mia richiesta di una colazione prima dell'orario di apertura si sono premurati di farmi avere un sacchetto abbondante con del cibo e bevande. Davvero molto gentili. Camera molto pulita e di nuova dotazione.

Das auf negative Bewertung eine Antwort erfolgt! Wir haben bereits in mehreren Ländern in Europa ca. 400 verschiedene Nächtigungen durchgeführt. Wir beurteilen immer nach Preis/Leistung und Versprechungen der Internetseiten. Natürlich wäre eine Reklamation vor Ort möglich gewesen. Aber bei 3 Zimmern mit den selben Problemen eine Lösung finden?

Die Betreiber müssen den Zustand der Zimmer doch kennen, Untergeschoß Nebengebäude? Steckdosenanzahl? Mückenschutz an den Fenstern? usw.
