The premises are safe and quiet, the staff is nice, breakfast is good.

There were quite some hair on the floor of my room, there should be a bathroom mat for getting out of the shower and a hairdryer.

Very friendly owner. Breakfast good. Clean and bathroom good.

The double security gates were challenging on entry we arrived after dark. It felt rather unsafe because of them - which is bizarre. However being from the UK this is unusual for us. Maybe we chose an unsafe part of town?? Two entrances to property which are not connected for car use. We got lost and used a different entrance because we couldn’t find the first - this was due to road works so not the fault of the property.

Comfortable beds, clean room, microwave , kettle , mini fridge. Breakfast included.

It was my first time in South Africa. I am not used to the security. You are not advised to walk around outside the compound by yourself.

All staff was super friendly and helpful especially Brian the driver and Fillitah! We were supplied with box breakfasts as we had to be at another nearby lodging at 6:30 am to start a safari and sorry to miss the cooked breakfast which had a delicious spinach feta omelette the morning before!

The established greenery and massive trees in the garden. It is so well looked after. The sounds of the birds in the morning make you forget you are in the center of a city. The wooden windows of the facilities give the place a warm feeling. The staff from reception to the kitchen to the gardeners are all exceptionally polite and welcoming. They even remembered me from the last trip from last year.
